Hi Everyone, Im setting up a 6 foot marine tank and was wondering if anyone knew where I can pick up some nice base rock? Any online shops, fish stores or members that have some lying around? Ive looked in veebas and they only had smaller rubble and not so many big lumps of rock...

Any advice would be appreciated!! thanks smile.gif

Specialist stores are there for a reason Bowdy. Yes sponsors do carry some marine products but not to the same level as say Ocean reefs, the only one that i could truly say is equal with fresh and salt is vebas.

I do understand what your saying but when we are talking rock not fish/coral selection I think our sponsors are just as good.
When was the last time your were in AAA They always have a great selection of live/base rock.

well i was last in aaa 6 months ago, Not slagging them off cause i have purchased items from them and the service was pretty good but it seemed every time i went there there was very little new. At the time coral deliveries were few and far between.
Admittedly i haven't been there recently cause of the location im currently living. When i lived in canning vale i did drop in reasonably regularly.
