Hi, Ive kept this plant many times before in general aquariums without any problems but now I have it in a 35L planted aquarium with a twin 2' fluoro over it both 6500K tubes and its stayed the same size. The body of the plant is dark lime green whilst the top 1.5 cm is a light green to white colour. Does this mean the light is too bright? Substrate is plain gravel with a laterlite underlay and does occasionally with flourish and flourish excel.

Any help Appreciated.
