are you able to hold a couple?

i'm interested in a 50w and a 150w but I don't know when I will be able to come get them. Will have to be after uni exams at the earliest, which finish end of next week.

Let me know if you don't mind holding ;)

Just wondering why the heaters are being sold off, surely they can be used again next year?

From the PCS vault

"after all this fighting and disagreeance , i no longer goto fish shops at all.... as now , in the deep dark corners of my workshop im workin on somethin a lot more cynical..........
a mechanical EVIL CICHLID <insert evil laff here>
wen excited my giant 10 foot high mechanical cichlid will pick me up in her mouth and we will travel the land with the sole purpose of tormenting evil local fish shop owners" mrgreen

Thanks DaChung

Will hold for you.

The Heaters are being sold to recoup some of the money, dont think it is in the best interest of Club to hold onto for a year when they wont be used. Also like to pass on any benefit to members where possible.

Tony.

I have a 24"x10"x12" that I am about to transfer some fry into to raise. What size heater will I need for this little tank? I'll buy whatever size fits best... (if its available)

For that sized tank either a 55w or even a 25w should be more than sufficient, especially if its indoors somewhere not too cold.

Probably safest to go with the 55w though, if you go by the rule of thumb of 1w/litre.

Can you put me on hold for a 25W? (If someone else decides not to get a 55W I'd prefer one of those though...) I should be able to pick it up some time this week.

One question though, do I need to be a member of PCS to take up this offer? ;)
