Snakehead or a pirahna...

What fish is available to us.. that you could almost compare to one of these beaties?

cause what ever it is i want one ahaha

im talking... drop in a large goldfish and watch the fish go nuts trying to eat it... ahaha snake heads are just ballistic...

do they eat fish but.. i thought they where vegos... would be boring watching a pacu ATTACK a piece of corn!

hahahah yah have a point..... well im sure if u (you) had the money u(you) could get a snake head but then again just have a whole school of pbass and throw in 1 goldfish and c(see) wat (what) happens......

dont mention pbass in the same thread as me :cry: i still got him in the freezer... so technically... i have a pbass still... anyone want a 16cm pbass... $100 or swap for a dovii.

hahahaha OMG ur really attached to that pbass arent u? so when u gona take him outa the freezer and into the taxidermist? that way u can have him looking at the original but instead of in a tank mayb on the wall?

it has crossed my mind... but it would just get me down lookin at him. he was so cool... i still say hi when i get some whitebait and prawns for the other fish... but it is only brief.

DOVII.. is the closest thing i have seen here to a snakehead type personality. Mine used to go nuts and try to break the heater, eat my cat... and i ended up getting rid of him because it was impossible to change the water and clean the algae off the glass... he bit me so bad one time... i actually started bleeding a fair bit and was in pain. he was 40cm... and the best fish i have ever kept. Knowing what i know now and how expensive they are to get (he cost me $40 at 25cm) i would never have gotten rid of him EVER!

i do have a small 3ft tank and a filter sitting out the backk..... ooo DONT TEMPT MEEE.... oo oo ooooo ahaha i could buy one.. it isnt the money. It is the size thing... i want em to go in my 5fter.... the 5fter of death!

i dunno i was thinking of trying to find a mangrove jack... that would be cool too

i might rip out the 3fter tomorrow and see what the folks say. I have to buy two cannisters for the 5fter so i will have an aquaclear 500 for the 3fter... WOW he would have some clean water

My snakeheads were great fish, they were both over a foot long with a red stripe down their side. They used to beat up on my oscars.
