Scientific Name: Aulonocara stuartgranti 'Cobwe'
Pronunciation: A-loo-no-car-a stuart-grant-eye cob-wee
Trade Name(s): Aulonocara Cobue
Distribution: Cobue
Habitat: Sandy areas with large rocks.
Diet: Snails & other Invertebrates
Sexing: Males have a blue body with a white tip through the dorsal & bright orange pelvic fins.
Females are brown with barring.
Maximum Size: 13cm
Temperature: 24 to 26c
pH: 7.5 to 9.0
Water Hardness: 300-400ppm
Availability: Commonly Available in Oz. They make excellent display fish as they are spectacularly colored.
The orange pelvic fins are very bright in some individuals, especially when feed a quality food like NLS.
