All lots must be pre-booked...with no exceptions

OK... Thank you all who came and brought fish to sell on a dark and stormy night, and thanks to those who came and bought the aforementioned fish on the very same dark and stormy night.
It was an interesting auction with a few highlights, most of which were punctuated by more driftwood

Why do we need to pm?
IMO the auctions are too frequent. Maybe one every four months would be better.

Or every 6 months even

Hmm less frequent auctions requested by Poncho, who I haven't seen at an auction in rather a while...
And even less frequent auctions requested by Jason, who doesn't actually come to PCS meetings anyway...so not really going to make a lot of difference to attendance there, guys
Bit of a non sequitur, really...

Guess this should be amended to feedback welcome as long as you have attended a meeting in the last couple of months then...

Don't know about unwelcome... would not necessarily attach the same weight to it as from someone who attends. I feel that is a reasonable point , and timely if the thread is seemingly changing course from the positive to the negative.

It was a bit of playful banter

i think more advertising would be a good idea, gumtree, more advertising on the forum, possibly using the forum newsletter section to send an email to all members, also i think less frequest may be good as it gives the breeders more time to have stock ready for the auction, i know people would probably be happier saving money for an extra month or so if there is some higher quality and better fish at auction, maybe just start taking lot enrollments earlier so theres more time to advertise rarer fish to attract more attention, i know if i had more then 3 months id probably have a few lots to add, hell, my JD's that just spawned may be ready.
