Same here, I love them
Pretty good for a first time, I decided to leave them in the tank and they are growing nice, I'll put a photo up

397s are an awesome Pleco. Very active thru the day too especially in a community tank with tetras or similar.

Check out universal rock backgrounds. They are quite pricey but they look awesome.


The tank looks fantastic mate.

Hmmm a Saratoga might be an option
Would it fit in a 4ft,

hmm shirt term it would be ok.

my mate has a 35cm one in a planted 4x18x18 with a few catfish, makes an awesome tank.

Would they try to eat whiptails? They are adult whiptails though
