Seriously, anyone seen a fish get k.o'd before?
I walked in front of my cod tank and gave him a bit of a fright, he smashed his head on the glass, kind of stood on his head, trying to swim into the bottom of the tank for about 30 seconds, he then floated around kinda half dead and all ends up. After a couple minutes he snapped out of it and is back to normal.
Has anyone ever seen a fish knock its self out before?
Cue the stunned mullet jokes.

Had it happen with a female desert goby. Turned on the tank light and she went crazy, smacked her head off the front of the tank and ended up upside down not moving with a crooked back, while upside down.. Was going to put her out of her misery when we came back to see she was back to normal and without a crooked spine.

Heheh nah I haven't seen them get knocked out, but I can see and hear the aquarium from where I watch TV and they're whacking into the sides every couple of hours.  Hard to see who it is - I always look for the dazed one.  Could be the dragons blood peacock stirring up the Electric Blues.  Always makes me criunge when i hear it and have been more careful lately in not suprising them
