there are companies that come and deliver NSW to your aquarium or drums and fairy cheap!.
the amount of time and effort to collect (depending on size of tank, not worth it)
as for temp, 30-31 way to high, tank will go into meltdown and not so much fish but corals will die, depending on size of tank, might start looking at a chiller.
i kept my tank between 26-28
regarding top up, i noticed a huge difference when using ro, but at the end, my filter worked just as good.
i have a friend that collects his own from freo mole, but he takes 2+ hours to get 200L
