hmm was thinking of bringing down a cattie for the show table... but how big is your table and how big is your biggest tank androo ?
I'll bring along a meat cleaver for you Johnno, i'm sure we can squeeze your RTC into several tanks.

Thanks for the kind words people, My partner Jayde did it all though She started cooking the roast at 7:30am yesterday. Slow cooked all day.
Maybe we'll look at doing something again for the next meeting... Depends if we have time.

do it kiwi style, make a hungi out of a keg, then u can slow cook a heap of meat at once, the club can purchase a cheap bayamarie for like $50
