Hard to tell but sort of looks like a corallimorph...

it does but it has a really long stalk do morphs have that

Yes they can.

If there is insufficient light where they are in the aquarium they will extend their stalks to try and get to the light source.

Also it is quite dull in colour which is another sign that it is trying to get to the light. Morphs often come as hitch hikers on live rock. My cousin even got a scolymia coral on his live rock.
