Our next meeting is on Tuesday, April 10th at Henderson Environmental Center

Doors open at 7:45pm, meeting starts at 8:00pm and runs til 9:300pm

Venue details can be found at http://angfawa.org.au/meetings

This meeting will be a bit informal, seeing as it's a new venue & Easter holidays

After a quick tour of the new facilities, I'll talk for 15 mins or so about the recent changes at the club.

Following that, Friends of Star Swamp President David Pike has kindly offered to escort us on a night time tour of Star Swamp Reserve.

Star Swamp is home to an impressive array of fauna and flora, so hopefully we'll come across some interesting birds, frogs, insects etc

Following the walk, we'll have the usual raffle, tea break etc. The library should be up and running as well.

Guests are more than welcome...if you just turn up on the night and introduce yourselves, we'll do our best to convert you to native fish keeping smile.gif

-- Ben

Forgot to mention... make sure you bring torch, shoes, jumper etc for the walk

If you want to relive the tour I can repetitively flash you in the eyes with my head lamp. Sorry to everyone that copped it from my mega beam, it certainly wasn't intentional. Was a great tour. Was lots of fun and seeing the Tawny Frogmouth was a huge bonus smile.gif
