It is with great sadness that I report the death, this morning, of Ken Shaw. Ken was responsible for the establishment of ANFGA WA in the mid 1980s, and was  a member for many years of The aquarium Society of WA, and PCS after it was rejuvenated earlier in that decade.

RIP Ken, one of nature's true gentlemen.

Syd.

Ken was a true gentleman - always encouraging others to enjoy the hobby. Ultimately humble - offering others any excesses for nothing.

I will miss him - his positive attitude and his smile. I will always remember the times I had to spend with him - a good man.

RIP Ken.

The hobby has lost a legend. He was a major help to me when I started over 20 years ago & the main reason i still have rainbows today. A wonderful guy & good friend, you will be missed Ken.

Very sad to lose such a genuine and knowledgeable bloke. Was lucky enough to meet Ken a few times at ANGFA meetings and always found him to be a helpful and happy guy, even whilst obviously going through his health issues.

He was an asset to the hobby and will be very much missed.
