I am pretty sure that the pygmy perch would eat cherry shrimp ( unless they don't like the red ones 
)
I have seen them attack glass shrimp ( small ones )

+1 Small glassies are fair game for my pygmies, bigger ones get harassed but not killed or eaten. Never kept them with rcs specifically.

My pigmy shrimp always eat my RCS and CRS.. I wouldn't trust them with any small shrimp
