Background is up, airhoses in their places, and the sandbags are out.


I am pretty happy the wood only needed a week of sandbags to absorb enough water to stay down this time.

Did you paint the back black or just a black roll of plastic?

Looks shmick.
If you cut notches in the tank hood so it sits down about an inch you won't see the bracing and water line

It's actually just a poster, looks really dark when you view it though the tank (especially in photos) but I like the variance in pattern rather than something matte.

Although I am surprised the poster doesn't look brighter really.

Yeah I was looking at that last night, and I agree I'm going to drop it down a bit when I get a chance. Simple job just have to shave a bit off the blocks inside the hood that its sitting on.

There's enough gap inside between the light and the glass to bring it down to cover the bracing I think.
