Arapaima for damn sure if I was rich enough to house one !
Any of the channa species (snakeheads) aswell. Especially the channa aurantimaculata, would give up every fish I own for one of them bad boys

I dream of my Black Ghost Knife on a constant basis, Its such an unearthly mystical fish (Ive been driven fishmad ). The way they move is alien and unnatural. They become massive monster fish, yet they are so gentle (apart from the time it ate a clown loach). Instead of using eyes to see they electrical pulses to navigate the deep amazon river. There mouth can open unnaturally wide like sharks and can eat a motherload of prawn!. They are as thin as knives but reach up to 40 cm long everything about them is alien!!

Some altums, maybe a royal knife and I forget the name but they look like large scats except they are covered in bright yellow and black stripes..Often something you'd see on MFK.com.

EDIT: As for snakeheads, I'd be pretty frightened of them getting out of the tank and mauling me to death in my sleep lol.
