hey everyone
i have wanted a steel stand now for ages and have been saving up. now i have finally found a conection that will make one for me. my dad knows a friend that is a engineer and he has offered to make me one. all i need to do is give him the money for the steel.wat i was wondering is about the access of the bottom tank and how much space do u steel stand keepers have on your bottom tanks. My dad says that 100 buks would be enough for the metal but i am not to sure. if anyone has made a steel stand by them selves before how much did you spend any pictures would be GREAT as i need some.
thanks
trent

I have 30cm access to my bottom tanks. They are 2' wide so that gives good access to the back of the tank and for getting large rocks in/out

how much you spend depends on the thickness/dimensions of the steel you buy which depends on the size/weight of the tank you need to support - so more info required...
