Hi I now live in a place where we have air conditioning. I was wondering if any of yous have had trouble with the temperature of your tanks changing too often because the air con has been turned off or on.

My house is usually cool so maybe this will not be a problem and if i know im goin out for a long period of time(several days) i can then turn the heater off.

thanks

My place has aircon, no problems with the tanks. If you plan on running your aircon on 22 degrees x 24hrs a day I would leave the heaters plugged in. But with mine in the 6 warmer months I dont even have the heaters plugged in. Tanks generally take a while for tempeture fluctuations; bigger the tank slower the temp change. Same goes for heating in winter, we have space heating but it is normally cooler than you run the tank. Just with either heating or cooling the house make sure you dont have a vent directly next to the tanks.
