I grabbed some of this new product at aquotix the other day...i had never heard of it...its ocean nutritions instant baby brine shrimp.

opened it up and noticed it comes in a glass jar with a metal lid that pops when you open it for the first time..also had a protective seal across the jar...was impressed with that.

it comes with a very small plastic spoon.

i dropped two small scopes in my fry tank of ngara reds and they started darting forward straight away...i liked how it mixes in the water realy quick and spreads fast.

the price is up there but i think it wil last a fair bit...just wondering if anyone else has used this product and what you think of it or is there something else better.

I prefer hatching my own. I think money wise it's still more cost effective.
I think that stuff is great for emergency cases haha :)

I think it's a pretty good idea

I also agree that it's better to hatch your own. I've got the trusty 2 litre bottle hatchery ready to go

I've never used them but I like the idea of pre prepared, it saves having to mix water and grow live ones, however I do like the way fish react to live food :)
