Hey all,

Just sharing how my one foot is changed.

At first it looked like this. I bought it with the blue gravel and fake plants. This looked pretty bad really. Sorry for the bad photos.

And then to make it a bit more natural I changed the gravel to natural black and added black pebbles. This looked better when I had a tiny Albibo rainbow shark, however, when the shark outgrew the tank I bought a very small Apistogramma Cacatuiodes. It was too dark to see the Apistogramma properly so I changed it yesterday and I am very happy with the end product!

Any suggestions for plants would be awesome! I have no CO2 and low lighting.

Thanks mate. Thinking of replacing the plastic plant in the back right corner with real red plants and having moss down the front. And maybe some crypts up the back left and middle back.

So I'm thinking of getting some more real plants. I am a beginner to planted tanks, also the tank is low light and no Co2. Just wondering if there is any plants that would be ok to keep in the tank. it is only 30x25x25cm.

Cheers

I really like dwarf anubias... elegant little plant with rich greens and sometimes mottled colour variations. Like its larger version it can float freely or attach to a rock or driftwood.
