If you go to a shop that sell Aqua One filters they will be able to get a replacent tap set for you. If they dont have any in stock the distributer on the east coast is normally pretty happy to express post them out. The taps should cost around $10-20, these will include all new seals

I got a small tub of their wormer a few months ago and have treated my 450L 4 times and I still have quite a bit left so there should be enough to treat your 1500. I was also supprised at how cheap it was (especially compared to other products)

The fluffy one on the wood is the java moss, the one with long skinny leaves is a narrow leaf java fern, and the one with round, slightly pointed leaves is anubias nana
