Sad news has surfaced.

 

One of the greatest legends in planted aquariums, photography and aquarium related books/publishes has passed on.

 

Takashi Amano died on 4th August at his home in Niigata, Japan from pneumonia.

 

Such a tragic loss and considered the master. Big respect for his work, knowledge and his boundless effort in helping others achieve their goals and dreams.

 

RIP.

Yeah wow. This guy was an Aquascaping freak! Some of his projects are totally mind blowing.

Yes a dam shame lost an Industry leader but im sure he has left a long legacy behind in the many of scapes he has done ,and books

Best aqua scaping I've ever seen,,, but pretty certain others from around him will carry on the incredible legacy.
