I said yes to NO!

YES loosers just wind you watch an hour back anyway and go to work an hour early, Im sure your bosses wont mind!

All I can say is DLS impacted me negatively, I exercise in the morning so winding the clock back put me in the dark and cold so it put me off a bit, then by mid summer 10Pm and the sun still up ensured I ate dinner late and went to sleep no earlier than 1am so I lost sleep and fitness.

Im cellebrating no more DLS ever again yippppeeeee! laugh.gif
