I never really understood the meaning of the metal testicles. Those drivers need to supplement their masculinity with an extra pair hanging from their car?

I was thinking blue?? lol

Think I'll skip getting a commodore/falcon for quite a few years (till I need to pack the kids in). Have owned both in the past and got tired of driving tanks around the metro area.

Checked supercheap today, 2T bottle jacks are about $70 and would be much safer smile.gif

More colours? Maybe hot pink? Lilac? Makita green?

+1 for "hot pink"! or "pride purple"

Just think about the street cred you will get!

Hey guys

Some pics from various angles. Conclusion so far is in the sun the Alsa paint looks mint. In the shade they look very average.. kinda like a dark burnt copper (will get some pics of this later).

Colour varies from a fluro green to gold to light copper to a deep copper red. The effect is better when the sun is near the horizon, not as dramatic when direct above during noon hours.

Yep done with a can which cost about $78! Prob went through about 3 quarters on one rim.

Still undecided which way I'm going to go. If I'm gonna stick with that Alsa Spectra FX paint then I'll either looking at getting my own air spray gun setup or get a shop to do them. Else I might go graphite on all rims as the Alsa Spectra paint looks very average in the shade.

Car has since been lowered and upgraded to a heavy duty sway bar improving the handing even further (thanks Doug!).

Decided to go graphite on all wheels.

Still deciding on what to do with the centre caps. Currently have a yellow on the rear and haven't gotten around to putting the one in the front back yet. Thoughts?
