Wasnt sure where to stick this...
Is there an automated way the PCS can backup / mirror images from posts to replace ones submitted. It sux looking at really old threads about peoples fish and they link to photobucket or personal webspace etc... and through inactivity or account removal the pictures are nolonger available. It makes some DIY posts impossible to read without the pics.

In short, I don't think there's a way to implement this. If there's a special post that contains images, it could be flagged and we could create a PCS account on Google etc for image hosting. But you also need to take into account that by doing this you take away the OPs ability to control his/her photos. Some people may have deliberately taken the photos down, for whatever reason.

So unfortunately there's no easy answer to this particular problem....
