Hello all,

I have about 100 bristlenose fry that are about two weeks old, they have very swollen stomachs
and are now starting to die.

I have fed them wafer pellets.

Am I doing something wrong?

Cheers

I have had a zero mortality rate feeding bn fry on a zucchini cucumber only diet if that helps.

Yeh, I have them in a four foot tank and though if I put a little extra pellets inn their they might find them and not
starve, well they must have found all of it so I will not feed them for a day or two and then go with cucumber and
zucchini.

Cheers

Don't bother feeding cucumber, it's mostly water anyway, zucchini is the go!

It's tempting to throw a few extra wafers in but try avoid it, the fry don't eat too much at this stage and the slight changes in ammonia, nitrates can kill off your fry.. In my bn fry tank I'm doing 50% water changes every second day :)
