No don't use vitamin supplements designed for humans. Best use a vitamin supplement formulated specifically for aquarium fish eg. Vitamarin-F. Beware beefheart can be heavy on the filtration and there is some debate if there is any benefit to feeding fish beefheart or not, wild fish generally don't eat mammals. Then again I have used it to fatten up fish.

I know of people using the "Synergy Natural" Brand of Organic spirulina tablets as aquarium food (ground up and used as part of a DIY aquarium food)
-edit-
The reason that brand over most others is its 100% food grade spirulina, the one you took a pic of has some other stuff added.
"INGREDIENTS
100% pure, highest quality, certified organic Spirulina. No fillers or additives. To preserve nutrient and enzyme content, each bottle is nitrogen flushed to eliminate oxygen."

I honestly don't see the point in adding these vitamins etc, if your feeding quality formulated foods (hikari range, sera range etc) and varying it enough there should be more then enough, nutrition wise for your fishes.
and lol at Frontosaman

michael have you seen this post of mine? http://www.perthcich...showtopic=57715 i did this beef heart mix for my discus and they love it. I however do not feed this as a staple but more of a treat. as mentioned above, its affects the water quality so i only feed this on the day i am doing a wc.

My discus won't touch beefheart or pellets/flakes so I'm looking into soaking supplements into black and blood worms. Pure powdered spirulina is easily found at health food stores (I got organic ), and as others said there are fish-specific vitamin formulas available in liquid form. Age of Aquariums have a nice range of products plus garlic concentrates. However as Jules said a quality prepared food has everything a fish should need for a healthy diet. I'm only looking into supplements as my discus are super fussy and will only take live/frozen worms and brine shrimp.
