A Yellow Tang in a Red Sea Max 130D... that's just outright cruel, even for a small one.
edit: Not trying to start a fish keeping ethics debate, but pretty much all marine Tangs are wild caught, to see a creature that will swim *miles* per day (cant find an exact source for this) looking for algae to graze on confined to a 2ft long tank just makes me a bit sad.

Yeah that ad was up a few weeks ago and a few of us said the same thing.

My Gumtree LOL of the day goes like this...
I saw an Aqua One AR980
http://www.gumtree.c...lids/1054077153
And I thought it a bit steep, for $800 when one of the 3 fluros doesn't even work (and when there's ads on Gumtree for the same tank over East from $190 without stand or pump, $350 without stand to $600 with everything).
And that he says it comes with "10 cichlids" which include:
-1x grey cat fish
-1x brown cat fish
-1x clown loach
So I sent him an enquiry and asked if he could get more realistic on price and showed him this...
http://www.amazingam...0-aquarium.html
And he replied...
Thank you for your response.
Might I suggest you consider getting a job, if this (trawling gumtree) is the best thing you have to do at 1:37pm in the afternoon?
Now excuse me whilst I log off my email and return to mine, having had two minutes of my life wasted by you're email.
Much appreciated and best of luck.
So I thought OK, I'll play!!!
And I said...
Perhaps you might spend 2 minutes of your life replacing the inoperative light.
And then get realistic by not pricing your second-hand tank in excess of the price of a new one.
Thank you for the humour you have provided us at work this afternoon.
(PS... it's "your email" not "you're email")
And his final response was...
Best wishes JJ, I hope that one day when you respond to a gumtree ad for no apparent reason (it still baffles me that you needed to talk to someone so badly that you responded to an ad on gumtree for a fish tank!), that you finally fulfil whatever it is that is missing from your life.
Guess I'm just in one of those moods today!
