I have spoken to this guy a few times. It sounds a bit dodge and he charges an arm and a leg for everything but doesn't breed apparently. After talking to him for a bit I left it 'cause things just did not add up. sent from Huawei P9 using tapatalk app.

Yep, agreed. Real nice set up but a little pricey.
I think we all know we dont make money from our hobby especially when it comes to tanks.
You might get lucky here and there but 99% of the time we lose out on the tanks and MAYBE make it up with selling the fry of the fish we breed.
But to me thats not what this hobby is about, sit back and enjoy ;)

Same here. Some people are just in it for the business side of things.
I'll always be a hobbyist at heart.

If your trying to be all business you'll get frustrated and lose interest pretty quick when you realise there really isn't any money in it. You gotta do it for the love. :)

8k set up is decent. Although you could buy it brand new for the same price if not less.

One of the best.

Large panaques are awesome. Hard to gauge that price as they don't come up to often yet there was an L27 (I think it was) larger, nicer and cheaper not long ago on PCS.

Very cheap!

I might go take a look at this tank, it is a pretty bad crack but it's up the top of the tank, it's got some pretty good bracing around it and the bloke has apparently had the crack for 2 years in which the tank has been up and running the whole time. If it looks dodgy I can always just chuck a bigger and thicker glass panel over it.

Poor fish, only 30-40cm at 9 years old, very stunted growth and very expensive
