Help me finish my shed and I'll teach you how to take pics wink.gif lol

Good to see there's another contender to try and beat me to the finish line! Rofl_3f.gif

What's growing up in the first tank?

Some red jewels, they breed like rabbits. I have pics somewhere of them laying while 100 fry dine on the new eggs being placed. kinda cool / not cool.

Picked up some poly sheets from austral.

May need more poly. will see.

Patent pending on that gravel washer...

Nice!

Is the poly going to sit away from the wall over the top of the support beams or will you cut to fit so it makes contact with the wall?

the beams are 55mm away from the corrugated walls. i was thinking of putting 55mm of poly and then just screwing 15 - 20mm mdf boards to the beams. basically sandwiching the poly between the two. good idea / bad idea?

I think its a good idea.... now i see what you mean.
No need for mdf that thick , would be much cheaper/lighter and just as effective to use 9 or 12mm thick mdf .. that's what i used.
Also remember to keep the mdf slightly off the ground as any water it may come in contact with will swell the mdf.

Sure have a look, i'll probably go the 12mm.
Is villa board plasterboard?
Water resistance is a slight factor... not a huge one at the moment. I only expect to use the shed for 1.5 - 2yrs.

wow cameras are cheap as heck now days ohmy.gif
pics look a tad grainy from the massive downsizing i guess... will have to tell my helper to reduce the size while snapping pics.

Started adding foam to walls, 3 layers so 40 - 45mm total

I still need insulation for the roof, *wink anyone? wink.gif

I'm pretty far from Mount Nasura for a visit...

I was going to use the poly for ceiling but i'll need more. Didnt expect to use 3 sheets per wall. Its either another trip to austral or insu bats.

Tanks relocated to the gamesroom / bar......what effort! Had one escapee, jumped out of the bucket into another Rofl_3f.gif

Grabbed another batch of poly sheets, more than i will need so i dont have to go back... should have enough spare to underlay tanks, finish walls / ceiling and give some away.

Current progress -
