Type/size of fish?
Desired maintenance level?
Filtration?
Purpose - Breeding or display?
Aquascaping?
Lots of variables that need to be considered. Give some more info and someone can help.

Put half a million neons in. Then drop a few natives in and you have the perfect tank.

You could probably double your current stock. If it looks overly stocked as they grow, remove a few. Stick to male only. Reduces aggression and means you dont have hybrid frankenfish fry. Dont dump a heap in at once otherwise you may overload the filter. If your fish are currently healthy, make sure you quarantine the hell out of any newb fish.

Is that a Chinese algae eater? If so, watch out for your fish as they suck slime coats off.

Any fish shop will take it due to their "Don't dump that fish policy".
