Is There A Sunlight Beam Shining Onto Your Tank At Some Point In The Day?

Are You Using Liquid Ferts?

BBA is encouraged by phosphates, you can control the growth by controlling the PO4 levels but if you want to get rid of what has already grown, you need peroxide or gluteraldehyde (eg dino spit) to kill it off.
SAE fish or Tropheus are a common biological treatments - just try to keep them hungry until they have done thier job.

Okay, I just use seachem flourish, so I'll use a lower dosage
I think I'll buy some SAE

Normal Flourish does not contain phosphates - you get that from fish food and some pH buffers like discus buffer.
Flourish excel contains gluteraldehyde if you want to try that at double dose to kill off the BBA for now.
Water changes and phosphate reducing pads and resins will help reduse the re-appearance of the algae.
