I came home from work tonight and notice a small puddle of water under one of the legs of my tank

I looked up the leg of the stand, and saw some water on the outside corner of the stand

It looks like water is leaking from the top of the tank, under the black plastic bit which rests on the sides of the tank to hold the lid on.
I only noticed it on the one side.

Here is a pic of the bit of the tank where it looks like it is leaking from

Can it be condensation from the change in the temp outside of the tank, compared to the temp inside the tank? I'm thinking it's this, because the leak looks above the current water line. If so, how can I stop the leak? I don't want water to damage this new stand.

Or what else might be causing the leak?

cheers
