Says feeding on pellets but from my experience its hard to actually get pellets to them due to their sit and wait ambush style tactics. I had to locate mine (a task in itself) and then drop the pellets basically on its head to make it eat. It may have come out during the dark and eaten more pellets left on the substrate but i never witnessed it.

mine eats anything that i put in the tank - flakes pellets bloodworms - doesn't ambush anything hahaha just swims leisurely over (upside down) and eats heaps
