Depends on what you want to do with all the fry. Have a look at what price the market is selling them at and of course if you have a lot of fry the more difficult it will be to sell them.
Too many and you may have to sell them at a lower price to get rid of them unless you have a guaranteed buyer.

No luck this time as the eggs were white and so that means not fertilized. One good thing is that she was happy enough to lay eggs so I must be doing something right.

I have the setup with the marbles in a glass bowl with the pot covering it but I don't think they have been fertilized, white. Hopefully some of them were and will hatch, if not I'm more prepared for the next time. I now know when momma wont let anyone near the setup she has eggs inside the. Gestation period is a long time as well.
