How do you know that they are German imports? More to the point, how do we as buyers?

Not questioning / dirtying your reputation, just curious as to how it can be proven.

No offence taken Knat.
I have absolutely no proof at all but I trust the person that I bought them off in Sydney and if you see the fish and compare it to what is already here, it becomes pretty obvious that it is a much better quality fish than what we have had previously. I guess not even the importers can guarantee what they are getting is what they paid for - you have to judge by quality rather than by mouth
