the 6oow metal halide ballast is running a 400watt 20000k globe which has seen quite a bit of use (6-8months) and probably could do with replacing if you where to use it on a reef tank, it has a wing type reflector, it is not as blue as a 20000k globe would normally be as I am overdriving it as they have been doing in the U.S (drops in colour, I used to keep Acro's etc)

The tank was built by simon at ocean reef marines and is in gr8 condition, it has a wier at the centre rear with comb attachments to stop smaller fish etc getting sucked or swimming into the sump, the water exit's the tank via two outlet holes of which i have a syphon/overflow design to stop any noise (this is a very quiet tank. It has another hole outside the wier for the return from the sump to the tank via the oceanrunner 3500 pump (suitable for salt or fresh) the holes are in the bottom of the tank.
