There's a bit of chat about them on one of the international Rainbow forums atm. I'm not normally one for albinos but I like them, must be the novelty factor.

I dont think its the novelty factor Chris they are a great looking fish I am not big on albinos and they are near on impossible to sell in the shop but there is the odd ones where the males are spectacular.

That's not fair grumpy, just imagine them all charged up in the morning spawning. I'll have to get transitions lenses for my glasses when watching them over breaky wink.gif

I'll admit if it was any other rainbow I'd think they look rank, but there's something about them. It's probably because even OS they're rare and definately not the kind of thing every man and his dog has (or wants) hence the novelty.

PS Grumpy, I love the emoticon smile.gif

Not allowed to say on a family forum ;p

They have a lovely body, and shine, but the eyes just weird me out. Perhaps for a pond or out-of-the-way tank?
