has anyone ever used this stuff...i have never even heard of the stuff before...someone asked about it on a facebook page thats the first time i have even heard of it.

 

does it work...?

 

any issues useing it..?

i had a couple people tell me they dropped their phosphate levels immensely and hence less algae growth

I have tried it in my 8,000 litre pond I followed the procedures once every 2 weeks on week 6 water crystal clear great stuff!!

I bought some of this stuff after I read the last thread and it worked a charm in my 6x2x2 with just the p bass pair in it. Got a bit frightened when my tank turned dark yellow though haha wasn't expecting it. Does a good job for its price aswell

Woodvale lily and fish pond is the closest place that stocks it to us David, from what I can remember is was $18 for the pack of sachets that will last you ages, only reason I use it is cos I have no catfish to help rid the algae, the bass will smash bn's and I'm scared a pleco will eat the eggs when they spawn or get smashed attempting to eat the eggs
