Hey guys..

since the last lot of photos were taken with just a horrible yellow 1 bulb shed light on the roof... i scored a 4 foot light the other week when i got some more tanks so i connected that to the roof on the other half of shed so i can alternate both light sources and take pics using either or of the lights... the 4 foot light is not yellow like the roof globe... heres some pics with just the newer light... must take into consideration though that there tank is a good metre or 2 from where that light is ...

hope ya like some of the pics...

The diagonal banding tends to show up when they are stressed through something you or they have done, or when they sleep . They keep the banding while sleeping and  it persists for a little while after they wake up

Did they just wake up or are you chasing them around the tank a lot?

Mine keep spawning but then the pair bond breaks, with the male chasing the female around.  IDK if it's because he is hostile or trying to help brood the fry but she won't let him. It's a puzzle.
