42 downloadsI have an 8x2.5x2 for sale. It is on a two tier stand, and has two 40mm holes in the RHS side panel for a sump tank. I have recently disconnected the sump and it is now filtered by two large Otto external canisters with two large powerheads and sponges inside.
The tank currently holds approximately 25 adult Malawi cichlids including Buccochromis Rhodesii, Aristochromis Christyii, Nimbochromis Polystigma, OB zebras, various otopharynx sp., synodontis catfish, a large pleco and many large bristlenose.
Decor includes hundreds of kilograms of limestone and sand / crushed coral substrate.
I have had this tank for many years but have lost interest in it. Viewing available by request.
PM me for more details. Happy to separate livestock from the tank if buyers are interested and fish can be sold prior to decommissioning the tank.
